type “Computer Management” in the windows search area

or in the windows search field type “This PC”

Select “Management”


Select “Local Users & Groups”


All local users you can see from below screen, if you create new user it will appear here

to create a new user right click any where in the window and select new user


New User details require to fill

User name, Full Name, Description, password & confirm password require to fill
These for options you can select according to your company rules or personal satisfaction

press create
